"Buffering" or "Connecting" continues indefinitely

Please check your internet connection as ‘buffering’ or ‘connecting’ issues could be due to very weak wifi or poor data service.

 

If your connection is strong and are still experiencing problems, you can try editing the settings on Radio.com by adjusting the playback format:

  1. Tap on the Menu to access your settings
  2. Select Audio Settings under the Settings section
  3. Select Playback Format (AAC or MP3) for the desired listening experience
